All other uses require Topstoryusa\u2019s prior written consent. Prohibited uses include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reproducing, republishing, or commercially distributing Topstoryusa content without written authorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to harvest Topstoryusa content at scale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using Topstoryusa content to train AI or machine learning models without written permission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misrepresenting Topstoryusa as your own work or attributing them to other sources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posting harmful, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content in any Topstoryusa-hosted comment section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any restricted area of the platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content published on Topstoryusa Articles \u2014 including written stories, photographs, illustrations, data visualizations, audio, video, and design elements \u2014 is protected by U.S. copyright law and international intellectual property treaties. Content is owned by DST or its respective contributors and licensors. Limited personal, non-commercial use with full attribution is permitted. All other reproduction or distribution requires prior written authorization from Topstoryusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">User Submissions &amp; Story Pitches<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By submitting a story pitch, essay, or other content to Topstoryusa, you grant Topstoryusa a non-exclusive right to evaluate, edit, and publish your submission if accepted. Accepted submissions are subject to Topstoryusa\u2019s editorial standards and licensing terms, which are communicated to contributors at the time of acceptance. You represent that all submissions are your original work and do not infringe any third-party rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subscriptions (Topstoryusa Plus)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of a billing date. Topstoryusa makes no warranties \u2014 express or implied \u2014 regarding the accuracy, availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or feature on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Topstoryusa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if Topstoryusa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York, NY, unless otherwise required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Topstoryusa may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
